SEWING SHOP OF MOGOTEX JSC WAS OPENED IN KRASNOPOLYE
The opening of a new sewing production of Mogotex JSC,
the largest textile company, took place in Krasnopolye,
Since the establishment of the company in 1973, Mogotex JSC has focused on dynamic development based on innovations. Today the products are exported to more than 20 countries. It was decided to achieve the task of expansion of production in order to ensure export orders and the demand for textile products in the domestic market through the opening of the new efficient production facilities in the regions of the country.
"The opening of the light industry business unit is a step in the development of the region; it includes new workplaces, training opportunities, growth prospects of household incomes, strengthening attractiveness of the region. We look for strengthening and widening our cooperation," said Victor Nekrashevich, Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.

"Any company, apart from its basic functions, has the explicit social responsibility. The decision to open the business unit in the southeast region was not easy. Search of premises, investment, recruitment and training of employees; each step required a high level of competence. But we see the possibility of expanding our own production, the possibility of revenue increase. And it is important for us. The decision made corresponds both to the internal business development tasks and to the general government policy oriented to the development of small regional towns," said Victor Matievich, General Director of Mogotex JSC.
The new production involves 24 workplaces with the total number of employees of 31 people. Now the employees recruited on a competitive basis are on probation and adapt to the working conditions. All the quality standards of Mogotex JSC are adopted at the new production site in Krasnopolye: requirements for sanitary standards, working conditions; quality management system that meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009 and EN ISO 9001-2008, which is proved by the certificate of conformity issued by the accreditation body of the Republic of Belarus and the certificate issued by TUV International Certification (TIC) (Germany). For the near future the sewing shop in Krasnopolye will focus on sewing simple uniforms.
